Guide: Setting Up and Managing Your Company Profile
Building a professional presence on Agentpunkt starts with your Company Profile. This central hub allows you to showcase your organization, manage your published AI agents, and provide a verified point of contact for the community.
1. How to Access Your Company Profile
The Company Profile management area is restricted to registered and logged-in users. To access it, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Agentpunkt account.
- Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
- Select the Company Profile option from the dropdown menu.
2. Creating a New Company Entity
Agentpunkt allows you to manage multiple business entities under a single account.
- On the left-hand sidebar, find the section labeled Your Entities.
- Click the + (Plus) button next to the title.
- A new entry will be created with a default name, and the editor will open automatically so you can begin customizing the details.
3. Customizing Your Profile Details
Once you have selected a company from your list, click the Edit Profile button to modify the information. You can fill out the following fields:
Visuals and Identity
- Company Logo: Hover over the logo placeholder and click the camera icon to upload a professional image (PNG, JPEG, or WebP).
- Company Name: Set the official name of your organization.
- Industry: Specify the primary sector your company operates in, such as "AI Development" or "FinTech".
About and Description
About Company: Provide a detailed description of what your company does. This helps users and potential partners understand your mission and expertise.
Contact Information
- Public Email: The email address where users can reach out for inquiries.
- Address: The physical or registered office location of your company.
- Website (Domain): Enter your company's primary web domain to link back to your official site.
- X / Twitter: Add your handle to connect your social presence.
4. Understanding the Management Tabs
The profile is organized into three distinct tabs to keep your operations structured:
- Profile: This is the main view where you edit the core company information mentioned above.
- Agents: This tab lists all AI Agents published under this company's name. You can see their performance metrics, categories, and current status (e.g., Published). You can also launch the "New Agent" workflow directly from here.
- Team: This area is dedicated to team management. Currently, it serves as a placeholder for future features where you will be able to invite collaborators to help manage the company entity.
5. Public Presence and Verification
- View Public: To the left of the "Edit Profile" button, you will find a View Public button. This opens the public-facing version of your profile as others see it. This page is optimized for SEO and includes your company's description and a showcase of your agents.
- Verification: Companies that meet certain criteria may receive a Verified Enterprise badge (a blue shield icon). This badge appears next to your company name to build trust with the community.
6. Archiving a Company
If you no longer wish for a company to be visible, you can archive it:
- Enter the Edit mode on your profile.
- Scroll to the bottom to find the Danger Zone.
- Click Archive Entity. This will hide the profile and all associated agents from public search and the platform's discovery tools.
7. Pro Tips
- Real-time Updates: When you save changes, a green success message will appear at the top right to confirm the data has been synced with our servers.
- Switching Entities: Use the left sidebar to quickly jump between different companies if you manage more than one. Each entity maintains its own separate list of agents and contact details.
